Focused on a selection of small producers from all over the US doing exciting and out of the box things with apples. Single Varietal! Still! Co-ferments! Featuring Big Hill Ciderworks (PA), Drew Cellars (CA), Eden (VT), Phelan Farm (CA), and Ploughman (PA).
On Thursday only, special guests, Cloche Wine Co., will hang out from 5-7pm and pour Phelan Farm’s “Bottle Baby” co-ferment and chat about the similarities between wine and cider production.
